What we use
Hexa sets no cookies of its own. The records we keep in your browser:
- hexa_sepet (local storage): the product and quantity you added to the cart. It is not sent to us until you submit the order; it is deleted when you empty the cart.
- hexa_cerez_ok (local storage): the fact that you closed the cookie notice with "OK", so we do not show it again. It has no expiry; it goes when you clear your browser data.
Our hosting provider Cloudflare may occasionally set short-lived technical cookies (e.g. __cf_bm, cf_clearance) for bot protection and security. These are necessary for the site to run securely, do not track you across sites and are usually deleted within 30 minutes to 1 day.
What we do not use
- Analytics (Google Analytics etc.): none
- Advertising and retargeting pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Ads etc.): none
- Social media plugins and like buttons: none; only plain links
- Session or login cookies: none; the site has no accounts
If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page and redesign the notice to ask for consent.
Embedded content
If sample match videos are shown with a third-party player (e.g. YouTube), that platform may set its own cookies when you start the video; those cookies are subject to that platform's cookie policy.
Managing cookies and local records
You can view, delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings (Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Site data; Safari: Preferences → Privacy; Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security). If you delete the data for this site, your cart is emptied and the cookie notice appears again; the rest of the site keeps working.
Why the cookie notice has no reject button
The notice is for information only: since the site has no cookies that require consent, there is nothing to reject. Under the Personal Data Protection Board's Cookie Practices Guide, cookies strictly necessary for the site to work and records of user preferences do not require explicit consent. The "OK" button only closes the box.
Changes and contact
We update this policy if our cookie use changes; the date at the top shows the last change. For questions: [EMAIL].
